Entry Level Electrical Engineer (Contract)

We are hiring an Entry Level Electrical Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Alta, Norway. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has recently graduated or has limited experience in the field of electrical engineering. As an Entry Level Electrical Engineer, you will work under the supervision of experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience in various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure projects
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assist in electrical inspections
- Collaborate with senior engineers to prepare technical reports and project proposals
- Perform calculations and simulations to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist with project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and procurement of materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- No prior work experience required, but internships or co-op positions are a plus
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of electrical design software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards for electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the field of electrical engineering
