Contract Administrator - Isa Town, Bahrain
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contracts for our company in Isa Town. Your main duties will include reviewing and negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining accurate records of all contracts. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the contract period. This is a contract position without accommodation, suitable for students or individuals with their own visa.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of contract law and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in contract management or administration is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating contract terms with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records of all contracts, including amendments and addendums
- Identifying potential issues or risks in contracts and proactively addressing them
- Resolving any disputes or conflicts that may arise during the contract period
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders involved in the contract process
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of contract law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience in contract management or administration (preferred)
Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
