Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm in Moscow is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Filipinos and Kenyans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural technology, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They should also have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting our team of architects in the design and development of projects. Your duties will include creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting site visits and surveys, and researching building materials and methods. You will also work closely with contractors and engineers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and travel tickets for overseas candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain international experience in the field of architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with contractors and engineers is preferred
