Part-time Computer Support Specialist

A reputable technology company in Oslo is seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients with computer hardware and software issues. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a flexible schedule and has a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems
- Set up new equipment and software for clients
- Provide technical support over the phone or via email
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degrees are a plus
- Proven experience in providing technical support, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must have own visa and be authorized to work in Oslo

Salary:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary is 1100$ per month.
