Interpreter (Spanish/English) - Esbjerg, Denmark



We are hiring a skilled and professional Interpreter to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely interpretation services between Spanish and English for various projects and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site interpretation services for meetings, conferences, and other events as required
- Accurately translate verbal communication from Spanish to English and vice versa
- Ensure smooth communication between all parties by maintaining a professional demeanor
- Conduct research to prepare for upcoming projects or meetings to ensure accurate interpretation
- Assist with document translation as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
- Adhere to ethical standards of the interpreting profession

Requirements:

- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as an interpreter or similar role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain neutrality and impartiality while interpreting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Salary: $1700/month (without accommodation)

Location: Esbjerg, Denmark
