A reputable construction company in Ajman is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our upcoming projects. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and is fluent in English. Prior experience in managing large-scale projects is preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month with accommodation provided. We also offer visa sponsorship for non-local candidates who meet our requirements.

As a Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing project plans and timelines
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Overseeing project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines
