We are hiring a compassionate and responsible caregiver to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to elderly or disabled individuals who are unable to care for themselves. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfer of clients
- Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions
- Administer medication as prescribed by physician
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professional
- Engage in meaningful conversation and activities with clients to promote socialization
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Accompany clients on appointments or outings as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in caregiving or related field
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work part-time with flexibility in schedule
- Must have own visa allowing employment in Lithuania
- Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check
