Office Assistant - Bayan, Egypt
Our company is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bayan, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks and providing support to the office staff. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings for office staff
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports
- Conduct basic data entry and file management
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Previous experience working as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm from Sunday to Thursday.
