Office Administrator
We are hiring an Office Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Your tasks will include maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and handling communication with clients and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Able to work part-time (20 hours/week)
- No previous experience required
- Accommodation and visa sponsorship provided
- Suitable for male candidates
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office efficiency by organizing office operations and procedures
- Handle communication with clients and suppliers via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage schedules for meetings, appointments, and events
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role is a plus
- Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
