Restaurant Manager - English Speaking (Plovdiv, Bulgaria)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Plovdiv. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and be fluent in English. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, food and beverage quality, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
- Maintain accurate financial records and report on financial performance to upper management.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure.
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in Bulgaria is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
