A foundryman is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the casting of metal products. They will also be responsible for monitoring and adjusting the production process to ensure quality standards are met. This job is suitable for men who have experience in foundry work and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment used in the casting process, such as furnaces, ladles, and molds
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Adjust equipment settings as needed to achieve desired results
- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to keep it running smoothly
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient production flow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in foundry work
- Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery effectively
- Familiarity with various casting techniques
- Experience with welding and metalworking
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Croatian is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This job is suitable for Indian nationals who have their own visa for working in Croatia. However, candidates from other nationalities are also welcome to apply.
