Foundry Supervisor
As a Foundry Supervisor in our Split-based foundry, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and operations of our foundry. Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of foundry workers, ensuring that production is carried out efficiently and according to quality standards, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of foundry workers, including scheduling tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
- Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Train new employees on foundry processes and safety procedures
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, scrap rates, and downtime

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Foundry Supervisor or similar role in a foundry setting
- Strong knowledge of foundry operations, equipment, and processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English (knowledge of Croatian is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
