Mason Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of masons in Jeddah. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry work and previous experience in a supervisory role. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed with the highest level of quality and efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the mason team, including assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, and monitoring progress. This is a contract job with accommodation provided, and we offer visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, ensuring that all work is completed to company standards
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and experience
- Provide training and guidance to new or less experienced team members
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed by the mason team
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, time spent, and project progress
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople involved in the project
- Proactively identify potential issues or delays in construction projects and take necessary actions to address them
- Regularly inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a mason in the construction industry
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
