We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Izhevsk. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge and experience in Indian cuisine
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid work permit for Russia

Responsibilities:
- Create menus that showcase traditional and modern Indian dishes with a unique twist
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food items in the kitchen
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the restaurant
