A renowned restaurant in Vilnius is seeking a talented and experienced Nepali Executive Chef to join our team. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating delectable dishes that showcase your culinary skills and creativity. Requirements:
- Must be a Nepali national, currently residing in Vilnius or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Demonstrated experience in creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as managing kitchen operations
- Ability to lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1200 per month

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that showcase your unique culinary style while meeting customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers and maintain relationships with vendors
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards are consistently met
- Manage inventory levels for food supplies, equipment, and utensils
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost control measures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Comply with all health codes and regulations
