Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Faro. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. This includes monitoring network performance, configuring and installing hardware and software, conducting system updates, and ensuring data security.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install and configure hardware and software systems
- Conduct routine maintenance on network equipment
- Perform system updates as needed
- Ensure data security by implementing firewalls, encryption, and other security measures
- Troubleshoot any connectivity or performance issues with servers, workstations, printers, or other devices
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in the network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Hands-on experience with network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
