Moderator for Online Community

As a Moderator for our online community in Esbjerg, Denmark, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our members. You will monitor discussions and posts, ensuring they follow our community guidelines and policies. Additionally, you will respond to member inquiries and provide support when needed. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Previous experience as a moderator is not required but is a plus
