Architectural Technologist - Los Angeles



We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our architectural firm in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and documentation of architectural projects. This is a contract position suitable for men, with no English language requirement and no need for prior experience or accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and technical specifications for construction projects
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to produce 2D and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project progress meets standards
- Assist with project management duties such as budgeting and scheduling
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Los Angeles but is open to candidates from Pakistan or the Philippines.
