Architectural Technologist


We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for using your technical skills and knowledge to assist in the design and development of architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for project development
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design solutions that meet client requirements
- Prepare construction documents, including technical specifications and contract documents
- Review project plans for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout all phases of the project
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent technical drawing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Los Angeles but we welcome applicants from all nationalities. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract position.
