Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and knowledgeable advice to clients through various online platforms. This could include live chat, email, or phone consultations. You will act as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with our products or services. Your main objective will be to ensure that clients have a positive experience with our company and are satisfied with the level of service provided.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through various online platforms
- Provide accurate information and advice regarding our products or services
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge in order to provide quality service
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues or concerns
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as live chat, email, and phone
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Must have own visa and accommodation arrangements (if applicable)

Salary: $1100 per month
