We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Answer inquiries about our products and services and provide accurate information
- Assist clients with any technical issues they may encounter while using our platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer complaints or concerns
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
