Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and managing a team of architects. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in architectural design and construction. You will be based in Sheduva and will work with a diverse team, including both men and women from different nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop and implement architectural plans and designs according to client requirements
- Review and approve project proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet budget and timeline goals
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in line with the approved plans
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
