We are hiring a hardworking and detail-oriented Factory Line Worker to join our team in Eldoret. As a factory line worker, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling products, and inspecting finished goods for quality control. This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery according to company standards and procedures
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required
- Assemble products accurately and efficiently
- Inspect finished goods for defects or damage
- Package products and prepare them for shipment
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Maintain accurate records of production numbers and quality control checks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions in English
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
