Industrial Architect

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Multan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing industrial buildings and structures that are functional, safe, and visually appealing. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, clients, and other professionals to ensure that the projects meet the required standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed plans and designs for industrial buildings and structures
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project planning
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Create 3D models and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance to construction teams during project implementation
- Review and approve construction plans submitted by contractors
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Multan (own visa jobs available)
