Our luxury hotel in Odense is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with luggage, check-in process, and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Make reservations for guests for dining, transportation, or other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of local events, attractions, and restaurants to provide recommendations to guests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests for future visits
- Handle cash transactions for services provided by the hotel

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concierge or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for making reservations or handling cash transactions
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with visa sponsorship for international candidates.
