Administrator for International Language School
Our language school in Bansko is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrator to join our diverse team. As an English-speaking school, we welcome candidates from all nationalities, including Indians and Egyptians. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the language school, including scheduling classes, coordinating with teachers and students, and maintaining student records
- Handle correspondence with prospective and current students via email and phone
- Assist in marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materials
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth functioning of the school
- Maintain a welcoming environment for students by providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in administration or related field preferred but not required
