Are you a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect looking for an exciting new opportunity? Look no further! Our firm in Vilnius is seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team.

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while ensuring they meet modern safety and accessibility standards. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, developing restoration plans, and overseeing the construction process. You will also work closely with clients, contractors, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as several years of experience in preservation architecture. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is essential. Strong project management skills are also required to successfully oversee restoration projects from start to finish.

As our ideal candidate, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Attention to detail is crucial as even minor errors can compromise the integrity of historical structures. A high level of creativity is also important in finding solutions that balance preservation with modern functionality.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Please note that while we prefer candidates with experience in preservation architecture, we welcome applications from all candidates who possess the necessary qualifications and skills.
