Concrete Worker for Construction Projects in Svalbard

We are seeking skilled and experienced Concrete Workers to join our construction team in Svalbard. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete structures on various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites for concrete pouring
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to project specifications
- Use hand and power tools to smooth and shape surfaces
- Place reinforcing materials such as wire mesh or rebar
- Operate heavy equipment such as concrete pumps or vibrators
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker in a construction setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have accommodation in Svalbard or be willing to relocate at own cost
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Salary: 1700$ per month plus benefits package.
