We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our growing team in Dubai. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth in construction projects. This role requires a candidate with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator safely and efficiently according to company procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Dig trenches and level land for construction projects
- Load and unload materials onto trucks
- Follow project plans and blueprints accurately
- Communicate with team members to ensure project goals are met on time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an excavator operator in a construction environment
- Valid biometric passport and able to work in Dubai without accommodation provided by the company
- Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of excavation techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
