Entry Level Barista - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are searching for an entry level Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Al-Khor. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing coffee and tea beverages for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to learn and master the art of latte art to impress our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks according to our established recipes
- Ensure all beverages are presented in an attractive manner with latte art when applicable
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from customers

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Passion for coffee and tea with a desire to learn more about the industry
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
