We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Os. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from managing staff to ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and budget
- Ensure quality food and service is consistently provided to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in the vibrant city of Os. We welcome local applicants as well as those open to relocating.
