Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during designated shifts
- Manage and train staff on proper procedures and customer service standards
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling and daily sales reports
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or promotions
- Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: 1200$ per month (based on experience).

Location: Os, Norway (preference for Norwegian or EU citizenship).
