IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Aarhus. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients' computer systems. This includes installing and configuring computer hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training and guidance to users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Train users on new systems or software
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex problems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
- Ensure all systems are secure from cyber threats

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Aarhus, Denmark
