Metal Worker

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Metal Worker to join our team in Aalborg. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, equipment, and machinery according to blueprints and specifications. Your duties will include cutting, shaping, and welding metal pieces, as well as inspecting finished products for quality. You should have excellent knowledge of different types of metal and their properties, as well as experience working with various hand and power tools. A strong attention to detail and safety protocols is essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine project specifications
- Cut, shape, bend, drill, weld, and assemble metal pieces according to project requirements
- Operate various hand tools such as grinders, saws, drills, and shears
- Use specialized equipment such as plasma cutters or hydraulic presses when necessary
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality before delivery or installation
- Identify any potential issues or defects in the production process and report them to the supervisor
- Follow safety guidelines at all times while working with potentially hazardous materials
- Keep work area clean and organized to ensure safe working conditions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of metal materials including steel, aluminum, copper, etc.
- Familiarity with welding techniques (MIG/TIG) and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Excellent knowledge of hand/power tools used in metalworking
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Salary: 1700$ per month
