Welding Technician

A reputable manufacturing company in Shan is seeking a skilled Welding Technician to join our team. As a Welding Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining welding equipment, performing various types of welding processes, and ensuring the quality and integrity of welded components. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain welding equipment such as gas, arc, MIG, TIG, and spot welders
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or welding process specifications
- Perform various types of welding processes including fusion welding, brazing, soldering, and resistance welding
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working with hazardous materials
- Keep inventory of supplies and order new materials when necessary
- Train and mentor junior welders in proper techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welding Technician or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficient in various types of welding processes including MIG, TIG, arc, gas, and spot welders
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work overtime when needed

Preferred:
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel (optional)
- Experience working with Indian clients (optional)
