Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Lisbon. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the crane while following all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to job specifications and safety guidelines
- Inspect crane before and after use to ensure it is in working condition
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and greasing crane parts
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or two-way radio
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials such as steel beams, pipes, and concrete blocks
- Monitor weather conditions that may affect crane operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator license
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Ability to read blueprints and understand load charts
- Strong hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Good communication skills
- Physical strength and stamina to work in outdoor settings for extended periods

Salary:
Starting salary for this full-time position is $1200 per month.

This position is based in Lisbon.
