Loader Operator

We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Washington. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, and bulldozers to move materials and load trucks. This position requires someone with experience in operating loaders and the ability to effectively communicate with other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, and bulldozers
- Load trucks with materials such as dirt, rocks, and debris
- Ensure safe operation of equipment at all times
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy machinery
- Ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisors
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with other team members
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred:
- Experience working in construction or a similar field
- Certification or training in operating loaders or heavy machinery
