Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of our high-end restaurant in Kolding. You will create and maintain menus, manage inventory and food costs, and ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes. You must have a strong culinary background with experience in creating innovative and visually appealing dishes. As a leader, you will train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring a cohesive team environment. You must also have excellent time-management skills to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment. A passion for food and creativity is essential for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to create new dishes while maintaining quality and cost control
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for food and creativity
Location: This position is based in Kolding but may require occasional travel for training or other purposes.
Salary: The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
