Construction Project Coordinator
We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Al-Rayyan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of construction projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Prepare project budgets and track expenses
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to construction workers
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to management
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety regulations are being followed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction project coordination or management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
Starting salary is 1600$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Al-Rayyan.
Nationality Preference:
Preferably Indian candidates.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours.
Experience Level:
No experience required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
