Machine Operator (Contract)

We are a manufacturing company based in Medina, seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team on a contract basis. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. This role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Inspect parts for quality control and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform minor repairs
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating machinery, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Technical knowledge of machines and their functions
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
