Business Development Manager - Sales, Jerusalem


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in Kenya. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of $1500.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies to achieve targets. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. No previous experience is required for this role, making it suitable for recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in Kenya and develop strategies to expand our market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Develop sales plans and targets, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products/services that meet client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles would be an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages such as Swahili would be a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within Kenya as needed
