Sales Manager - Jerusalem, India

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive growth. This is a contract job with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Analyze sales data and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
