Quality Assurance Engineer - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software and systems through rigorous testing and analysis. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing manual and automated tests to identify defects in software
- Collaborating with development teams to understand project requirements and create test plans
- Reporting and tracking bugs using bug tracking tools
- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and testability
- Creating and maintaining test documentation such as test cases, test scripts, and test reports
- Identifying areas for improvement in testing processes and proposing solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with both manual and automated testing
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
- ISTQB certification
