Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle any other inquiries or requests
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Ensure office is kept clean and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this role is 1600$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The candidate must be able to commute to the office location.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate will work approximately 20 hours per week.
Accommodation:
Accommodation will not be provided by the company. However, we are happy to assist the candidate in finding suitable housing options in Copenhagen if needed.
Visa Sponsorship:
The company does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have a valid work permit for Denmark.
Travel:
The company will cover the cost of a round-trip ticket for the candidate to travel to Copenhagen if they are not currently located in the city.
