Office Manager (Part-Time)
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office environment and be able to work well independently. This position is part-time, making it perfect for students or individuals seeking flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Manage schedules and appointments for staff members
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Organize and maintain records and files
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles a plus
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
