Job Title: Bank Teller


As a bank teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while performing financial transactions accurately and efficiently. You will also assist clients with account inquiries and provide information about bank products and services. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also have basic accounting knowledge and be comfortable handling cash transactions. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to all banking regulations and maintain the security of client information at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
- Count cash drawers at the start and end of each shift
- Assist clients with account inquiries and provide information about bank products and services
- Cross-sell bank products such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts
- Adhere to all banking regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
- Identify fraudulent activity and report it immediately
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all equipment is functioning properly

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in accounting or finance preferred
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Basic math skills with attention to detail; ability to count money accurately
- Knowledge of banking regulations is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Nationality Preference:
Pakistani candidates are preferred for this job.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is required for this job.

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours in the future. The work schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
