Teamlead - Customer Service (English Speaking) - Triesen, Egypt


A rapidly growing customer service company in Triesen is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Teamlead to lead our English-speaking team. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high-quality services are provided
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of customer service principles
- Ability to handle challenging situations with calmness and professionalism
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts including weekends
