Fitness Coach

The Fitness Coach will be responsible for providing personal training and fitness coaching services to clients in our gym located in Lahore. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and passionate individual with experience in the fitness industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of exercise science and nutrition, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personal training sessions with clients, including developing personalized workout plans and providing guidance on proper technique and form.
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide personalized meal plans and recommendations.
- Continuously assess client progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Keep updated records of client progress and communicate regularly with clients to track their goals.
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends, research, and techniques to continually improve coaching methods.

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
- Proven track record in building long-term relationships with clients.

Preferred:
- Female candidate preferred due to accommodation provided for female employees.

Salary: Starting salary of 1000$, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location: This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan. However, candidates from other nationalities are also welcome to apply.
