Office Assistant - Copenhagen, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing office tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining correspondence with clients
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinating meetings and appointments for staff members
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with travel arrangements for employees
- Overseeing maintenance of office facilities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be proactive, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
