Seasonal Concierge in Aalborg, Denmark



We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests and assisting them with all their needs during their stay. This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Denmark
